Can someone tell me who is the best in offering distance learning? I was checking out GTG and BPP online interactive. What do you guys think?

well, if u really want to waste money on this, then i would say go for BPP or LSBF.
Both are good. However i guess from those two BPP would be a choice number one.April 12, 2011 at 1:52 pm #80744Thx for the response but why do you think it is a waste of money?
April 12, 2011 at 2:30 pm #80745Well , because it’s very expensive and doesn’t really worth it 🙂 I used distant courses for my first sitting and will never use it again 🙂
BPP and Kaplan books are written so well , then anyone can do self study using them. Plus there is a range of free materials in internet, including OT, where u can find both lectures and notes.
At OT forum u can get any tutor’s support in case if u are struggling with this or that question, or u can ask fellow students who will answer u even quicker.Plus, here at OT we have study sessions. Of course many students can’t attend them because of work and busyness, however chat histories are posted and available for everyone.
And finally there are many materials published by ACCA at their website, for every paper, specially those technical articles written by examiner, examiner’s reports etc
If u download and print out all those and make urself study regularly, then u would do fine without any costy distant courses. And if u find a bunch of nice study buddies, whom u would be studying with, then u can be sure that u stay motivated.
At the same time, purchasing this course or even attending real lectures, doesn’t gurantee u a pass. It all depends on how organized and dedicated u are.
best of luck with your studies
