Hi,
Could anyone hlep me with qestion 3 a. I am completely confused how to calculate the total market value of the share? I have spent 2 hours looking at this and its only 3 marks, but part b is dependent on this.
Any help tonight would be great.

I haven’t read the question thouroughly, however I have noticed you have been given the following info.
growth
cost of capital
dividendsTherefore the formula I would use would be P=(D x(1+g))/Ke-g
Ke=cost of equity
Dividends
g=growthThis formula is derived from calculating your Cost of Equity. Hope this helps.
