    Hi,

have few queries, hope tutor and my fellow mates here can advise
1)I am preparing for my sbl exam June 2019 and I find it difficult to retain memory,I am perplexed on the requirements after reading 60 min on the question which stretches about 15pages.Can you suggest me the way to tackle it?
There are no much resources on SBL ,just a few to count on. I feel less confident to approach .Should I use p1 p3 video classes on past paper which are available on internet ? Will it be any use for sbl ??

2)is it enough to prepare sbl with three specimen and past three exam sitting ??or should i get kaplan revision kit? will it be any use??

I am writing aaa this june also which already something i had appeared for,so i dont think i can go through entire sbl revision kit given AAA exam too.

Don’t use P1 and P3 as these have areas that are not on the P3 syllabus. Our SBL notes and lectures are sufficiently comprehensive provided you do lots of question practice and read the technical articles on the ACCA site and their other guidance. The real skill in this exam is tackling the questions.

If you are also attempting AAA it is important to study that well rather than try to study both but incur the danger of doing neither well. Given that we are relatively close to the exam, it’s probably best not to buy a revision kit now.

I think 60 minutes is too long to spend reading and preparing Q1. You need to aim for 0.5 hours. The other two questions will take reading time too and you have to leave enough time to write comprehensive answers.

Usually, the separate requirements of Q1 each make use of one of the exhibits in particular. So read the first requirement then see which exhibit that matches too in particular. Note, in case there isn’t a 1:1 match, you have to read the whole question first. Take it one requirement at a time and don’t let subsequent parts of the requirements out you off.

but before planning I need to read the entire question to decide which exhibit the requirement relates to ,it wont finish it in 30mts.it about 15 pages 🙁 i want to appear both AAA and sbl.AAA, I will be appearing 4th time.I know the subject,I fail bec of i could never complete AAA Paper

Could you tell me how much days should i allocate to AAA and SBL?

No, I have no idea of your strengths and weaknesses.

I have no more advice to add.
