if the prior year error is restated in current financial statement. this disclosure should be put in the para of “emphasis of matter”?

That seems ok to me (so long as it’s dealt with correctly and properly disclosed)
Why not use a sensible heading for the thread rather than simply “Help”?
That way other students will know whether the thread concerns anything about which they too may be interested
