Answer to requirement b the panel suggested the proposal of professor Ag Wan as winning professor,Write a briefing paper evaluating the three proposals and justifying the selection of the Proposal Ag Wan as option the best strategic option for green Tech to pursue
please tell me whether I can write this or not while evaluating 3 proposal

option 1 and option2 both fails the criteria of suitability because reason is below
Suitability consider whether option are adequate response to firms assessment of strategic position ,the option should be built on its strength neutralize weakness avoid threat and take advantage of opportunity

i want to mention that option 1 of Lewis Read and option 2 of Fenis are not suitable because Green tech have expertise in the supply of green components to corporate customers not in the production of green computer so option 1 fails the criteria of suitability, sales of fully assemble Green computer is $4 ,components sales is $ 40,components sales is $20 ,figure 1 also tell that sales of green computer is only 6%

options 2 fail because Green tech does not have capability or expertise for manufacturing of components because Green Tech have expertise for only supplying green components, option 2 is also not built on strength

Also option 2 would potentially bring the company into competion with giants like HP or Lenovo.

You have got the main points.

Note that in this question you have to suppress your own opinion and go fully for option 3 – even if you are not convinced. I’m not sure how this reconciles to the ethical principal of integrity!

You were asked to explain why the adopted plan is best. What if you think it isn’t best?

Don’t take my comment too seriously.
