Where in the chapters can this topic be found? One ACCA question is about government bill which asked where it should be passed by what authority?

In the BPP study Text that is valid up to August 2018, the procedure involved is detailed on page 24 in chapter 2 under the sub-heading 2.3 Parliamentary Procedure I can't give you / don't know the equivalent reference for Kaplan material OK?
