Goodwill - Gains/loss on translation of overseas sub

Hi Chris, If there is an impairment in goodwill during the year which affects the Closing Carrying value of Goodwill, while calculating the gains/loss on translation, what is the correct carrying value which one should take while finding diff between OR and CR ? Thanks, Venky
