Is there any goodwill could arise from the purchase of associate and if so how we can to deal with it in the consideration as well as in case of impairment if any.

Hi,
Goodwill will only arise on the acquisition of a subsidiary. There is no goodwill on the acquisition of an associate under equity accounting.
