Hello Mr chris,

For the goodwill at acquisition when the parent calculate the good will within the group should he consider the full goodwill at acquisition or the parent share of the goodwill?,

Hi,

It will depend on the accounting policy chosen but in this exam it will always be at fair value. You see both methods used in SBR.
