as when we sell our subsdiary for the calculation of consolidated accounts we take net assets, goodwill and nci at the date of disposal right?
but what if they have not been given and there are only acquisition, do we take those??

You will always be able to calculate the required figures at the date of disposal. We cannot use the figures from the acquisition date in the calculations.
