Hello I've seen your lectures but still having some difficulties understanding furnished holiday letting. Could you re- explain it?

The only explanation I can give is what is in the lectures - can you be more specific as to what issue regarding furnished holiday lettings you find a problem - remember that these are rules that are not based on "understanding" but on learning!
