Hallo, I come from Italy and I will became a Public Certified Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) in my country. Nonetheless I would like to complete my acca certification. Can I ask the exemption for the FPER? Thanks in advance for your prompt response.

The only "performance objectives exemption" is the "Approved Employer" exemption - see page 7 of the guide https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ACCA_Global/Students/per/FPER-trainee-guide.pdf
