Dear sir,
Forfaiting is only available for medium/long term transactions..
My question is
Why isnt it available for short term transactions ie why cant company sell short term receivables to a forfaiter?
I guess my question might be silly..Kindly answer.Thanks a lot.

4y ago#1There I no 'law' stopping it being used for short-term receivables, but it is expensive and short-term receivables are not subject to as much risk.
