sir at what rate we should add fair value adjustments on assets @ acquisition in consolidated statement of financial position. if we add at closing rate the is the exchange difference calculated ?

The assets do not need to be translated at acquisition but will be translated at the closing rate. Any exchange differences are dealt with through OCI.
