I don't seem to understand wher the 2.5 multiplier came from during the lecture.
(1) x 2.5 5S+10e=202.5

For shadow Price the 2.5
5y ago#1I multiplied by 2.5 so as to end up with the same number of S's. in both equations.
This is the way that I learned at school to solve simultaneous equations, but there are several ways (all of which obviously end up with the same final answer) so use whichever way you remember from school :-)
