    hello,
Could you answer my two questions, please? i really do not understand why so
the first question is, for exam june 2009, Yam Co, i do not know why factory hours = 225,000, it is closed for two week, so the total week must be 50,
my second question is, in all acca exam, in a year, do they calculate 52 week a year, 4 week a month? it is so hard for me when apply this for the exam, and would you show me all thing related to calculating the time (month, day, week, year), the relationship between them?
    many thanks!

The question actually tells you that there are 225,000 hours of factory time!!
(It is 2 or 3 lines below the table of processing times).

Also, you can calculate it yourself anyway – 50 weeks x 5 days x 18 hours x 50 production lines.

Usually you are told how many weeks/days etc..
If not, then there are 60 minutes in an hour, 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week, and 52 weeks in a year.
