FM 2022 System changes|syllabus section C3

This is not a change in the syllabus but just a clarification of the already existing syllabus. I do not remember any specific calculations being asked in the past, but any arithmetic that could be needed is already covered throughout our notes and lectures - it is not specific just to short-term/long-term finance questions.
