Sir in Finance lease vs buy decision , do we consider maintenance cost and tax saving on maintenance cost in buying option as well as finance lease option?

7y ago#1For the buy option, yes. For the lease option, you would include them if the company was responsible for the maintenance (but obviously would not include them if the leasing company was responsible).
