hello sir,i want to ask if its allowed to write FFA and if you pass proceed to ACCA qualification without writing the introductory certificates exams,

Short answer – YES
There is no requirement to start at the beginning and you can indeed “jump in” at RQF Level 4.
See here https://www.accaglobal.com/an/en/qualifications/glance/foundation-level/foundations-professionalism.html in the section “What are the entry requirements”, that once you have completed this level “you can choose to transfer onto the ACCA Qualification where your FIA qualifications will entitle you to free exemptions for the Applied Knowledge exams.”
