Does the feedforward control occurs while the activity is in progress or when the activity is completed?
And whether this control establishes the effectiveness of the planning?Thank you in advance

Feedback control is where something has gone wrong in the past and you therefore attempt to correct the problem for the future. Operational variances are a good example of this.
Feedforward control is where you identify that something is going to change in the future and so you change your plans for the future. Planning variances are a good example of this, in that if (for example) you realise that the price of materials is going to increase then you will look again at your plans and maybe look to find a cheaper supplier for the future.
