hello I have F6 notes which is FA16 and I wanted to know what are the changes between FA2016 and FA2017 can I make the changes in FA16 notes and study that material?
Can you outline all the changes so it would be really helpful for me?

You MUST use the new FA 2017 notes and lecture supplemented by an exam / revision kit from one of the ACCA approved providers. If you wish to see the effect of FA 2017 look on the ACCA website for TX-UK and read the FA 2017 update
