I am a new member. I’ve tried to download FA1 and MA1 course notes. But I can’t.

Do you receive Some kind of error? You have to explain what is happening if you want to receive help..
Usually trying out another browser like google chrome should help

I clicked the link to download, but then I couldn’t see files or any notation. I don’t know whether the process is downloading or not.
