Hello
Sir I want to take f9 in December 2018, so shall I wait till august for the new kit to come in market, or shall I be using the kit which is already available in the market which is valid from Sept 2017 to June 2018?

There is no change in the syllabus for December and so it does not matter whether you use the existing Kit or wait for the new one.
