Can I use the course notes and lectures currently up for F7 to study from for the September 2016 exam? Or will new material be put up. I see the notes say June 2016.

There are just 3 new additions to the existing course notes – disposal of subsidiary, IFRS 15 and the effects of changes in foreign exchange rates
So, the existing notes will be fine for you to make a start
