F6 Foundation Taxation paper- Self employed tax return topic

Hi

Chapter 8 in the Kaplan text book if anyone has it is a small topic on self employement vat returns on the hmrc supplementary pages, is this is an important topic to get my head around for the exam? Theres not really many questions in the book, theres no lecture notes on open tuition about it either or any mcq questions in the kaplan text book.
