During the exam, do i have to remember the article numbers each law is quoted from?
Like for an example,Regarding the place of business in formation of international contracts , the following is stated
“If a party has more than one place of business, the relevant place of business is the one which most closely connected with the contract. Article 10 (a)Do i need to remember the article number for all the laws?
Thanks in advance
December 5, 2011 at 10:06 am #90602I cannot believe that, after all the times I have said this, and all the times I have written this, and all the times I have read this ….and I’m still receiving the same old question. Please – read any exam technique article, read the syllabus, listen to the video lectures.
The answer is a resounding “NO, NO, NO”
YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW NOR QUOTE ARTICLE NUMBERS. THERE ARE NO MARKS AVAILABLE. DON’T DO IT. YOU’LL BE WASTING YOUR TIME.
But, how come you’re asking this just one week before the exam?
