    Hi,

Is there any need now to remember case names with the CBE multi choice questions format? I tried the new mock at IassessServer and the new format did not seem to give anywhere you would need to input this. The scenario’s at the end of the mock required you to work out the principle / area of law and apply it and choose correct options from the selections available. Any clarification on this would be really helpful as i’m not sure how much I need to memorise…. I have posted this on the main forum as well before I found the ‘Ask the Tutor’ section hope thats ok.

    Hi Diane

There is no need to remember case names – how could it possibly be asked in a cb exam?

    Good luck with your F4
