My SBL is due to expire after the June 2024 attempt. They have asked for Supporting evidence which they will consider and afterwards decide IF i can get an extention. If any one has any sort of experience in this matter please guide me on what to submit. JazakAllah.

So what specific “supporting evidence” you need will depend on your extenuating circumstances. The webpage suggests “critical illness or bereavement after long term care” – either of which might be supported by a letter from the relevant medical practitioner.
An observation – if SBL is to expire in June under the 7-year rule, that would mean you passed it in June 2017? But the first SBL exam was September 2018. In which case you passed P1 and P3 which were converted to an SBL exemption?
It does say on the webpage “Please be aware that …. converted exemptions will not be extended.”
