Hi tutor,
May I know what is the difference between Expectation gap and information gap?
And when we need to concern about these two gap?
Thanks
Expectation gap is suffered by the public who typically have completely the wrong expectations of the work of an auditor
Information gap could be referring to the failure of an enquiree to provide the auditor with “all the information and explanations” that the auditor has asked for
Surely the source of your questions must explain the meaning!
Thanks mike
