If I pass exams till F7 and I get exemption for F8 and F9, will I be eligible for applying for OBU?
Yes you need to have passed or been exempted from papers F4 – F9 or the latest equivalents but also clear the Professional Ethics Module by about 25 September 2020. You should also be within your 10 years of registration by November 2020 however there is some leeway if your 10 years were up by May 2020 because of special coronavirus provisions

You must take the ACCA examinations for Financial Reporting (was F7), Audit and Assurance (was F8) and Financial Management (was F9). Exemptions from these papers are not accepted. Refer section 2.c of OBU information pack.
