New to ACCAExemption not granted

Hi all, I recently enrolled in the ACCA program. According the exemption database my Australian qualification gives exemptions for F1-F4 and F6, however ACCA refuses to grant F6 without explanation. Has this happened to somebody before? What can I do? ACCA confirmed beforehand that it will grant the exemptions listed on their database.
