Honestly it will depend on the statements of results of your first degree and your master degree. Also secondly, how long ago these degrees were obtained. 4-5 years is the cut off mark.
Your best bet is to go through CIMA and later do ACCA. CIMA may give you a master gate route. I was given a master gate route with an MBA. I am however, on the P level with ACCA. I had to do a degree in professional accounting to get into ACCA P level.
