sir If I was shown different contract paper at beginning and later on given other contract paper for signature, could I sue the contracting party?
there is no proof that I was given different papers . what will happen then?
You will have learned an important lesson!
Hopefully it will not have been an expensive lesson!
You should read everything BEFORE you sign it
There is a case called Henkel v Pape where the contract when written out had a mistake in it that neither party noticed
There was an argument and the Court accepted that it was a genuine error and that neither party should gain an advantage from that error, so the Court amended the written and signed agreement to what was originally intended
OK?
hahhahahahhaaha… ok sir 🙂
You’re welcome (and, please, less of the “Sir” – it’s Mike)
