Exams in different country than that of your residency

Hi,

I assume one can go take exams in a country different than that of his residence and where he usually takes exams? Anyone else planning to do the same?

I’m asking because only a few countries (only UK & Romania in Europe) have been chosen to host September 2015 exams, and I think that’s an unfair competition to the other countries and in order to save myself a few months, I want to go abroad to Romania for an exam in September.
