after getting a 70 in F9 and a fantastic 25 in P4, I am back.
in the answer to your example 4, the cashflows that u use do not add up. eg, for year 1,
N cf = 20
D cf = 8
Syn = 10
-------------
======38
but in the solution it uses 35.
what am i missing?
