I am confused about the answer why at Fair Value method NCI at acquisition is $36,000 not %56,000. I think the NCI at acquisition should be %56,000.

Hi, It is a small typo in the question/answer. The NCI should be at market value, so here it should be $56,000 and the goodwill $42,000. Thanks for spotting it! Thanks
