Right, I’ve browsed through the pinned topics and comes across a guy named Rohan who suggested an approach which has been well received. In previous exams such as P7, there have been specific techniques e.g Point, Explain, Example. However, P5 appears much more complex and I just wanted to know the advise that people have been given / plan to use.
Rohan suggests: “WHAT is the issue”, “HOW can the issue be rectified” and the “RISK / IMPLICATIONS for the business.”
He also suggests applying the 7-s model e.g Systems / Skills / Structure.
However, if I’m taking this approach into the exam, I just want to get a rough idea of how others plan to attack the exam and what techniques they plan to use. I know examiners love this stuff…
Thanks
Ryan
