Hello Tutor
“issue 1:4 of share, existing share price $0.4, currently market price $7, ask: theoritical ex price? original price?”
What is the different between existing share price and current market price?
And what is the mean original price?is it before the right issue?
Thank you.
The existing share price is the current market price before the rights issue.
All of this is explained, in the lectures.
Hello, I can’t find the “original price” in the lecture notes, can you refer to me which lecture do you have mentioned it? I have watched all the lecture before but maybe I have no notice it.
‘original price’ is not a technical term and does not need defining in the lectures! It is simply ordinary English and means the price before it changed (i.e. the price before the rights issue).
