Hello,
Can you please advise on average how many hours should be spent studying to be prepared for the tax exam in March 2020? Do you think I would have enough time to study for the exam considering that I work full time so could only spend evenings and weekends studying.

It is impossible to state how many hours one individual will need to prepare for any given exam, but given that you are working full time it is very unlikely that you will have sufficient time to be properly prepared as this is a large technical subject with much to learn and a considerable amount of question practice required.
I would advise therefore delaying until June which will be the first exam under the rules applicable to Finance Act 2019. I am now writing this material and the study notes should be available by the start of February with the lectures beginning to appear thereafter.
