    Hello Mike

I passed my Eng LW today 77% by using your lectures and the ACCA study hub. I did not have a book.

I have enjoyed your lectures. Dare I ask if I need to remember case names ? 🙂
I love the rap for partnership interest 5% per annum ….and the creation date of a floating charge upsets me too.

    Thank you for the lectures

How good of you to let me know – and what a great score that is, too.

Case names? You would be surprised at just how many times in your professional life you will find yourself in a situation where the ability to say “Ah, yes! That was a precedent established by the Suisse case concerning fundamental breach”

And then watch the astonished faces of those that heard you.

Family Christmas meals are an occasion ripe for fitting in a reference to Donohue v Stevenson – as someone pours you a drink, you can look them in the face and exclaim “I hope there isn’t a decomposed snail in that bottle”

Good luck with your passage through the trials and tribulations of the ACCA assault course but, with a score of 77% in the law paper, you’re off to a great start

    Well done
