I have seen in questions they ask to evaluate the performance management systems at XYZ company generally
In that case what they are effectively asking us is to assess the pros and cons of the KPIs that are currently being used in the company right? Whether they are in line with the vision and mission of the company, etc
Just wanted to get this clarified

4y ago#1Yes. That's right. It can also stray into how staff are incentivised/rewarded and also whether the measurement methods are accurate and reliable.
