Hi guys, I dont know if any of you is experiencing the same frustration I am getting with watching most videos on OT lately. It’s always been fine but recently, I get this error message:
“The video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported: https://d.acca.opentuitioncom.netdna-cdn.com/play/_definst_/mp4:vod/acca.opentuitioncom/f7/f7intd1-2b.mp4/playlist.m3u8”

It is more confusing, even, because the first video of, say, F7 may show without problems but clicking on the rest of the lectures have been abortive. Bearing in mind also, that I have been able to watch the same videos on the same laptop in the past.

I have brought this issue to the attention of OT Admin staff who, although initially asked me to confirm the browser(s) I am using, is yet to get back to me with any assistance or correspondence.

May I add that I have just discovered that the same video works just fine on my ipad, and weirdly so.
Any help regarding this matter, pls? I prefer watching and studying via my laptop than my ipad

    Thanks in advance

Just use google chrome – if lectures work fine on the iPad- at least it means that something is wrong with your PC
    see this page:

    just test different browsers,
