In the elarning curve equation why is b= log r/log 2 ?
I know b represent slope.of the curve.
Why log ?

6y ago#1It is because the shape of the curve is parabolic, but that is irrelevant for the exam.
You are given the formula on the formula sheet, and although b is usually given in the exam (which makes the formula for b irrelevant) the examiner is entitled to ask you to calculate b on your calculator.
