Hi,
i can access the tool, however when i go to the new chapter and click on 1. Introduction it appears that is loading and nothing happens.
Anyone expiriencing the same problem?January 18, 2023 at 2:32 pm #676913It is working fine for me. Are you using Chrome as the recommended browser? If yes, and still not loading, I recommend that you contact ACCA directly https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html

yes i am using Chrome browser, tried deleting all cache/cookies and even tried from few different devices (again Chrome). Are you sure you can assess the different chapteres, not just loading the dashboard? can you please ellaborate on this arrow thing in the previous topic – or it is changed now? because i do not see anny arrows to navigate between chapters.
January 18, 2023 at 6:41 pm #676936I’m having the same problem right now. Either the entire page will not load or Part 2 of Unit 1 will not load where I am at right now. Tried 3 different browsers (chrome, firefox,edge) and no luck. Cleared cookies and cache, enabled popups, disabled adblock extensions and still stuck on loading.
January 18, 2023 at 10:01 pm #676964Started working for me but for 30 mins then again stuck when trying to open part 7 of chapter 5, so i did at least 6 pieces of the chapter…
Extremely annoying and dissapointing given the fair amount of money spent…January 19, 2023 at 8:02 am #676990@bakardzhievn – I’m sorry I don’t have access to the module today (I’m not in my office).
The module does tend to glitch when there is lots of traffic on it – typically in the week immediately following results (!!!)
The quickest way of getting it resolved is for problems to be reported directly to ACCA https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us – selecting EPSM as the topic so it goes to the correct department.
