Hi I am facing the same issue as @JanChow whereby I couldn’t launch EPSM via my qualification on myacca. I purchased EPSM in 2021 but didn’t start the module till now. I have raised the contact form to ACCA Connect and tried all steps that they suggested (cleared cache and cookies, used latest Chrome and Edge etc) but failed. I reached out to them four times and they kept giving me the same answers instead of passing my query to IT support. I am really frustated and I hope anyone who knows how to fix it could help me.
