entreprenuership organisational configuration and machinery bureaucracy

Kkerri11y ago
in dec 2-10 question 3b, it talks about entrepreneurship organisational configuration and machinery bureaucracy. I have not seen this in the syllabus, what is the differences between them and is there any other theories we can use to describe the stereotypes ? thank you

Mintzberg's stereotypes are in the syllabus and are called machine bureaucracy, professional bureaucracy and simple/entrepreneurial structure. There are no other theories really relating to these terms. The terms are explained in the OT lectures.

Oh dear - I'm sure it was there, but does not seem to be there now. Sorry. Look at this article: https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/acca-qual-student-journey/qual-resource/acca-qualification/p3/technical-articles/culture-and-configuration.html
