Hi Sir, why is Freehold office building eligible to ER but not Freehold warehouse? Thank you in advance.

There has to be more information than you have provided to make that decision - such as the warehouse is rented out rather than used in the trade - if both are used in the trade of the individual and have been owned for 12 months then both get ER
