Sir in this question the examiner in part c answers states
METRICS used for performance measurement of cafes and clubs should be based on profit and ROI as thry are in growth sector or PROBLEM CHILD
However shouldnt those metrics be more concentrated on market share capturing such as high marketing spend etc.
I agree. Problem children do not normally make profits because the company is concentrating on growing market share. So, market share and market share growth per $ of advertising spend would be more appropriate.
