General ACCAEnglish not good enough

Hello I would like to study ACCA begining with the F1 exam. But my problem is that my english knowledge is not good enough. It is good enough to understand but not good enough to anwer the questions. What can i do? Any suggestions? Any helpful technique? Any book? Should I maybe pass at first the BEC Cambridge Exame
