I have got a question regarding the MCQ below.
Q: In the context of employment law, which of the following statements regarding the wrongful dismissal is correct?
The answer is: employee is dismissed without proper notice.
However, I think the answer should be, “ employee is dismissed for unjustifiable reasons”.
Please explain the reason behind the answer mentioned in the exam kit.
